Yes. Membership is completely free, with no subscription required. Create your customer account and activate your Club membership to receive 200 welcome credits.
Do I need an account to earn credits?
Yes. Create your customer account and activate your Club membership before placing your order. Always use the same email address so your eligible purchases can be linked to your membership.
How do I earn credits?
Earn 10 credits for every eligible €1 spent at LAYDOWN. You can also earn additional credits through selected Club actions, listed in your member account.
When can I use my purchase credits?
Purchase credits remain pending until 14 days after recorded delivery. Once available, you can exchange them for rewards in your Club account.
How do I turn my credits into rewards?
Exchange your available credits in your Club account for a personal discount code:
- 1,000 credits → €5 off an eligible order of €49 or more.
- 2,000 credits → €10 off an eligible order of €69 or more.
- 3,000 credits → €15 off an eligible order of €100 or more.
Enter your code at checkout using the customer account linked to your membership.
Where can I see my credits and rewards?
Log in through the Club LAYDOWN™ link in the menu to view your available credits, pending credits and rewards.
Can I combine a Club reward with another discount?
No. Club reward codes cannot be combined with other discounts. Each code is personal and can only be used once.
How long is my reward code valid?
Your reward code is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued. Check your Club account for its expiry date.
